AuditMiner CEO and co-founder, Kelly Mann, CPA, wanted software that would enhance her practice’s efficiency and maintain competitive pricing without compromising quality. When she couldn’t find it, she decided to build it! That sparked the creation of AuditMiner. Since 2021, the AuditMiner software has transformed 401k audits for firms nationwide.

Kelly has an idea to streamline her own EBP audit practice using software, and wants to own this vision. After googling “How to start a software company,” she knew she needed a team to bring this idea to life.

Following months of market research, AuditMiner was incorporated in October 2019.

The AuditMiner 401k audit software launches in April 2021 with 1 recordkeeper available.

To date, AuditMiner's 401k audit software has processed more than 3,500 plans with customers in over 40 states. Customers range from sole proprietor to top 100 CPA firms. The organization has grown from 2 employees to 19.

Meet Kelly, CEO & auditor extraordinare

Kelly is the co-founder and CEO of AuditMiner. Prior to founding AuditMiner, Kelly was in public practice serving her clients as an auditor for 15 years. She has experience in mid-size firms and also as a sole proprietor.
