Company Overview
AuditMiner is the platform CPA firms trust to streamline their EBP audits. We give auditors the tools, templates, and guidance they need to standardize their process and scale their practice with confidence. We move fast, we care deeply about the audit profession, and we're looking for people who do, too.
Job Description
As our SME, you'll serve as AuditMiner's embedded EBP expert and key resource for teams. You’ll help our product team pressure-test ideas, support our revenue team in technical conversations with customers, and contribute expertise that makes ERISA questions feel approachable. This isn't a siloed role. You'll touch product, engineering, revenue, and marketing.
Here's where you'll spend your time
- SOC Toolkits: Contribute your auditor expertise to the review of our SOC Toolkits — you know what good looks like, and it shows.
- Product: Help write the documentation auditors find useful, support data research and mapping, and assist in troubleshooting when customers hit a wall.
- Engineering: Provide quality control before features ship and translate EBP requirements into something our engineers can actually build against.
- Revenue: Join demos as the EBP resource to close the credibility gap, run EBP training for sales and CS, and make sure customers know exactly how to get value out of what we've built.
- Marketing: Help identify, write, and contribute to content on industry-relevant topics where subject matter expertise is needed, including blog posts and other thought leadership assets that position AuditMiner as the most trusted voice in the EBP audit space.
You’re Our Person if
- You have 3+ years of EBP audit experience and can speak fluently about ERISA, SAS 136, plan testing, and recordkeepers without a cheat sheet
- You're obsessively organized — multiple teams pulling at you simultaneously doesn't rattle you, it energizes you
- You move fast and know how to prioritize. You're comfortable with ambiguity, self-sufficient enough to act without everything spelled out, and self-aware enough to know when to ask for help.
- You can translate complicated audit concepts into plain language for a sales rep, a software engineer, or a marketing intern— whoever needs it
- You're a natural teacher and enjoy being a go-to resource
- Small team, big impact, zero bureaucracy — that sounds like exactly where you want to be
What We Offer
- Competitive salary
- Company provided laptop
- Comprehensive benefits package
