The AuditMiner Customer Referral Program is designed to reward our valued customers for helping expand the AuditMiner community. By participating in the program, you agree to the terms outlined below. The goal of the program is to encourage current AuditMiner customers to refer new companies not currently using AuditMiner, or new teams or departments within their own organizations that could benefit from AuditMiner's services. A referral is considered successful when it results in a signed contract with either a net-new client or a new team within an existing client account. To submit a referral, participants must provide accurate and complete contact information for the referred party using the designated submission method. There is no limit to the number of referrals a customer may submit, provided each referral meets the eligibility criteria. Once a referred organization signs a binding agreement with AuditMiner, the original referring customer becomes eligible for a referral reward. To qualify, the referral must be verified as either a new client or a new internal team expansion, and the referrer must be identified at the time of the agreement. Only one reward will be issued per successful referral. Qualified referrers will receive a thank-you gift that includes a complimentary Premium Engagement Package—consisting of one Recordkeeper Workpaper and one Payroll Report—or a AuditMiner Swag Bag and $100 gift card. This program is open exclusively to current AuditMiner customers. Employees, contractors, and agents of AuditMiner are not eligible to participate. AuditMiner reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice. Submissions that are incomplete, inaccurate, or deemed fraudulent will be disqualified at AuditMiner’s sole discretion. AuditMiner’s decisions regarding eligibility and reward distribution are final.
